Hai is a .NET software architect. His broad interests include software development and system integration, travel, photography, soccer, Red Sox, watercolor painting, classic guitar, cuisine/gourmet food, sailing, xbox, among other things.

Hai is a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer, a Microsoft Certified Database Administrator, a Microsoft Certified Technlogy Specialist on SQL Server 2005, BizTalk Server 2006 R2, and SharePoint 2007. He is also a Sun Certified Java Programmer.

Hai holds a Ph.D. in Information Technology and a MS degree in Architecture Studies from MIT. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree of Architectural Design from Tsinghua University in Bejing, China.
